Tacheria began as a shared dream in 1992 and has been carried forward by the hands and hearts of many. Each leader—founder, steward, and guide—has helped shape the spirit of this community, tending its growth and keeping its center strong. This page honors those who have held Tacheria’s story, its mission, and its unfolding path.
Co-Founder
Dr. Jeanette Lou Renouf
Tacheria began in 1992 through the vision of Dr. Jeanette Renouf and Lupon Claude d’Estree, who together created an interfaith course at St. Philip’s in the Hills.
Jeanette guided Tacheria with devotion until 2006, when she passed leadership to Frank and Linda Williams.
She remained a steady presence on the Board and within the community until her passing in the summer of 2026.
Tacheria continues to honor her legacy.

Co-Founder
Lupon Claude d’Estree M.T.S., J.D.
Tacheria took root in 1992 through the vision of Lupon Claude d’Estree and Dr. Jeanette Renouf, who together created an interfaith course at St. Philip’s in the Hills.
When Claude relocated to Washington, D.C. in 1998, Jeanette carried Tacheria forward with devotion and steady leadership.
He is a Professor of International Law and Human Rights and a Teaching Professor at the University of Denver.
He was also appointed as the first Buddhist Chaplain at Harvard University by H.H., the Dalai Lama and serves as the Buddhist Chaplain at the University of Denver.
Co‑Director/ Legacy Stewart
Linda Williams
Linda Williams began teaching and took on administrative service with Tacheria in 2003.
She became Co‑Director in 2006 alongside her husband, Frank.
Her leadership was marked by compassion, clarity, and a heartfelt devotion to the spiritual formation of students.
Linda passed in 2023, and Tacheria honors her memory with gratitude for her faithful service and the enduring legacy she leaves within our community.

Reverend Frank Williams ThD
Frank Williams joined Tacheria’s teaching and administrative work in 2003 and stepped into leadership in 2006 as Co-Director, as well as serving as Chair of the Board of Directors.
His steady guidance and long‑standing commitment helped shape Tacheria’s mission and community life.
Frank continues to support Tacheria today, offering wisdom, continuity, and a deep dedication to the school’s ongoing work.
